Is this a workshop for my whole company?

It’s designed for the founder + leadership team (typically 2–6 people). If you want manager training, we’ll scope that separately after the bottleneck is fixed.

Do you still do custom workshops?

Yes—but I recommend starting here so we target the right problem first. Most “workshop requests” are symptoms of a deeper operating system issue.

What happens after the intensive?

You’ll either implement internally using the plan and templates, or we roll into the 90-day retainer where I install the system with you.
