My Story

I’m Annekah Hall — Fractional COO, People Ops Strategist, and founder of HR Decoded.

I created this company because I’ve seen one too many startups crash under the weight of their own growth — not from lack of effort, but from lack of operational clarity and leadership alignment.

For the past 15+ years, I’ve guided high-growth companies through change, scale, and everything in between. I’ve built and led cross-functional teams across HR, Legal, Finance, and Ops. I’ve coached execs through reorgs, rebuilt broken cultures, and installed systems that actually support people — not just pressure them.

And through it all, I’ve learned this:

You can’t scale what you haven’t defined.
And you can’t claim culture if you don’t back it up with structure.
